PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE

What does it mean?

We guarantee that the PC you buy from us performs as advertised (within 10%) on all of the games we showcase on the product page. If not, you are entitled to your money back within 30 days of purchase or a free upgrade!

What are the performance benchmarks?

If you see a graph or drop-down menu such as the picture, that shows the performance we achieved in the games tested. Games are tested at different settings, which will be labelled around the benchmark section. Typically, games are tested using the following settings:

  • High / Medium / Low graphical presets
  • FSR / DLSS enabled (Balanced rendering)
  • No frame generation
  • 1080p OR 1440p resolution

How it Works

It's simple! If you see one of these game charts on the product page, we guarantee that the PC you are buying will achieve those average performance numbers within 10%.

If the PC you buy doesn't perform as advertised within 30 Days of purchase, contact us below so we can help you diagnose why and change settings if needed.

Worst case scenario, we offer you your money back or a free upgrade as part of our Performance Guarantee.

Performance Guarantee Disclaimer*

Our PCs are tested monthly using the games and settings showcased on our product pages. In rare circumstances, major game updates, graphics driver updates, or Windows updates may cause performance to differ from the benchmarks shown. As these changes are outside of our control, we cannot guarantee benchmark performance following significant external software or game updates.

We allow a 10% performance margin between our benchmark results and real-world performance. Gaming performance can vary depending on in-game conditions, including character skins, maps, player or object density, minor game updates, game settings, and game-specific bugs or issues.

For this reason, a difference of up to 10% from our advertised benchmark results is considered within the expected performance range and is covered by our Performance Guarantee.
