Free Express Shipping

We offer Free Express Shipping on all of our PC orders. We typically use ParcelForce24 or DPD next day delivery. Your order should usually arrive within 1-3 Working days. Though please allow up to 5 working days in case there are any delays.

Local Collections

Local collections are always free. Once we receive your order, we will contact you to arrange a suitable pickup time, your order should be ready to pickup within 2 working days. Please note, we are office / warehouse based, we don't have a showroom / shop floor for customers to explore. Collections are only available through an appointment slot.

Processing times

Usually we aim to dispatch your order within 1-2 working days, once payment has been received. You will receive a shipping confirmation with the courier tracking information once we have dispatched your order.

General information

We are a small company, our systems are hand built by the team and tested to make sure you receive a quality, working product out of the box. Thus, during busy periods, we have a processing time of up to 3 Working days.

Once we receive your order and payment you will receive a confirmation email. Then we will ship the ordert out, emailing you once the item(s) have been dispatched with the tracking reference(s) and your invoice receipt. 

Please note: All our PC systems come packaged with bubble wrap on the inside of the PC to ensure safe transport. This will need to be removed before starting the PC - Instructions will be provided.

If there is a site-wide announcement bar stating shipping delays, please be patient to receive your order, we will update you along every step.
