What Does It Mean?
All of our new PCs come with a 3-Year Warranty as standard, which can be extended to 5 Years for a fixed fee:
- Pro Series PCs: ÂŁ150
- Ultra Series PCs: ÂŁ250
By extending your warranty, you'll receive an additional 2 years of warranty protection, giving you complete cover for up to 5 years from your purchase date.
But there's an added benefit - if you don't need to make a warranty claim during your extended warranty period, we'll give you the full cost of your extended warranty back as store credit once your 5-year warranty term comes to an end.
You can then use your store credit towards a future purchase from Obsidian PC, or put it towards a new PC and swap to a new system at no additional cost, provided you choose a PC within the same tier. If you choose a higher-tier PC, you'll simply pay the difference.
